I first met September in 1977, on the day for the superstitious, and I had the immense and mysterious luck to live every subsequent September by the sea. I grew up in the routine of movement, first as a child, then as an athlete, and finally as a dancer, having been offered the privilege of working with various choreographers.

I won't name or highlight any one of them, as others have also done, because simply all of them were important in my journey as a performer. Each in their own way.

I can add that I taught in various places, one of them being here, at the Lisbon Dance School where I was also a student.

Very recently, I finished a doctorate.
