Sara Pinto Casal
Holds a degree in Dance and a Master's in Dance Teaching from the Lisbon Dance School (Escola Superior de Dança) of the Lisbon Polytechnic Institute.
Currently, she is a dancer with the Portuguese Contemporary Ballet Company (CPBC), where she has worked with choreographers such as Vasco Wellenkamp, Iratxe Ansa, Igor Bacovich, Margarida Belo Costa, Benvindo Fonseca, Miguel Ramalho, Ricardo Campos Freire, Maria Mira, Rita Carpinteiro, Bernardo Beja, and Clara Andermatt.
Her dance experience notably includes collaborations with various teachers and choreographers in academic and professional settings, such as Bárbara Griggi, Rui Lopes Graça, Daniel Cardoso, Jácome Filipe, Amélia Bentes, and Patrícia Henriques.
She has also contributed to the "LIGA" Foundation, participating in the Palcos da Diversidade (Stages of Diversity) and promoting inclusion in the arts.
Furthermore, she is a certified coach by the Portuguese Gymnastics Federation, which enriches her teaching experience. As a dance teacher, she began her career at Quórum Academy, in the Quórum project, and in various workshops.
